Film and photography has changed
the way art is produced, shared, and seen. Affecting art that was done hundreds
of years before this technology was invented. Art can now be reproduced cheaply
and any size, it can easily be shared all across the country. Art no longer
only has just one place as it use to but can now be seen and taken anywhere,
although it will not be the original. Technology has made art sharing much
easier but it can also take away from the meaning. Such as zooming in or out of
a painting to show more or less detail, and this can completely change meaning.
But the environment the art is seen and
kept in also has many effects on how the viewer perceives the art. It can cause
the viewer to affected by the piece and then how they feel about it.
