This is part of our process of building our giant 3 feet letters. We built them out of cardboard, put together with an industrial hot glue gun which worked wonders. After getting a routine down they went together smoothly. Our word was "disrupt" so to define the word we decided to paint them a bright, firetruck red, which would stand out and "disrupt" in almost any situation.
